Refractory ceramic fiber blankets FiberBlanket
Refractory ceramic fiber blankets FiberBlanket as per STO 13706960-019-2008
FiberBlankets are manufactured based on mullite-silica fiber. They are lightweight needled blankets produced from refractory ceramic fibers. Utilizing high output blowing and spinning techniques these products offer superior insulating performance, flexibility and resilience. FiberBlankets are completely inorganic, so there are no fumes and harmful emissions when heating for the first time. Available in a variety of density and use temperature.
Typical applications:
- In iron and steel and non-ferrous industry for lining and insulation of main and auxiliary process heat units;
- In heat power generation for insulation of various boilers, steam lines, ducts and other heat elements;
- In nuclear power generation for insulation of steam lines, ducts and other heat elements;
- In the petrochemical industry for lining and insulation of heat units and various furnaces, pipelines and ducts.
